It Is True – Vegetables Are Good For You – But Find Out Why Now

We all process food slightly differently but after researching how we all tend to interact with certain foods, there are some similarities and this was a key part of what was found.
Research has now been completed in this interesting area of nutrition and we have come up with a few startling conclusions – now some older folks such as our Parents will not be too shocked at our results however I just did not realise until I completed this course just how groundbreaking some of these findings were.
It is not generally known, that of this important food group, there is a certain class of vegetables that contain certain nutrients that actually eat away abdominal fat.
Now you may or may not know that there is a specific class of vegetables that contain phytonutrients that actually help to fight against abdominal fat. Yes that’s right, not just good for us but they actually eat away existing fat tissue.
Let me explain what they are and why…
It may be that you are very knowledgeable about nutrition and the latest cutting edge research and you may already know about how certain chemicals in our food supply and our environment, such as pesticides, herbicides, and certain petrochemicals from household cleaners, cosmetics, etc can act as xenoestrogens.
For all I know you are very well read on all about nutrition and you may know what is happening with the latest cutting-edge studies and how elements in our food supply and our environment, like pesticides, food additives, herbicides and other petrochemicals from products in the home, cosmetics and other items can act as xenoestrogens.
I have never heard of xenoestrogens – what are they (I can almost hear you say), well these are chemicals that are exposed to you and your body that have this ‘estrogenic’ effect and excessive exposure can result in hormone balance disruptions for both men and women and these can play all sorts of tricks on and in our bodies irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman.
There it is then – this is another one of those occasions when your Mother was right – you should eat your greens ! (Well certain ones anyway).
Brussel sprounts are quite nice you know – Just melt a bit of tasty cheese on the top of them with some herbs and garlic if you want and they really do taste good.
Now I know that they some of these vegetables don’t sound too nice, but I have learned to like them – You can melt a layer of tasty grass-fed cheese on the top of them with some garlic and they really are quite nice to eat.
When I started it was quite new and I had to study a course and I learned things that had not (at least then) been published anywhere. It was one of the most truly amazing experiences of my learning life that I have ever had to follow and just a few weeks into the course I had become used to putting what I had learned into practice, I witnessed a marked improvement in the shape of my abs (my six pack). After only 6 short weeks of just following the simple instructions in the course, all of what had previously been my belly fat has simply gone.
It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.
If you could see me at the gym now, it would amaze you to see how people gaze at me – this I was already quite trim and fit (being a personal training and a fitness coach). I must say that to my surprise – the transformation was a joy to behold and I cannot help but grin by thinking of the first time now as I write this account; all because I read a simple manual and followed some very easy to understand steps and the rest is history.
I have a personal crusade to make as many people as I can aware of this course which has been written by an amazing fellow personal trainer whom I have not met but whom I have read some great things about as a health innovator.
Some of this actual research data which was the background to the course had been compiled by a skilled team of healthcare professionals and I have heard that it is now being sold at a much reduced cost – I would ensure that you grab a copy prior to the cost going up – that is supposed to be soon; even so though, I would pay much more than the cost that this item was being sold at when I last looked. I apologize if this sounds like I am selling it, but what would you do if you came across something which is this effective, simple and so straight-forward that it makes other similar material seem inferior by comparison.
Please feel free to let your friends know about this article – it will astound them when they hear about xenoestrogens, broccoli and other vegetables and how they can help to actually eat their abdominal fat and disolve it away. P.S. One of those cool tricks that Mike Geary teaches in his ‘Fat Burning Kitchen Program’ is that cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, etc. contain specific and unique phytonutrients such as indole-3-carbinol (I3C) that help to fight against these estrogenic compounds…
