Finding The Best Way To Lose Weight

I have had a weight problem for at least 10 years, now. Ive come to the realization that the best way to lose weight makes the most sense, and most of us arent utilizing it. What is this novel dieting idea? Eating less.
I often to get hungry late at night. Different people have their major hunger issues at different times of the day.
Late at night is my time. I can go without breakfast, and wait until 2 or even 3pm, then eat a bite. But come dinner time, Im starving!
But, by that time Im too tired to whip up a meal, or its too late, that Im not up to all the effort in it. So I usually end up ordering out.After which Im ready for bed shortly thereafter. So the weight just keeps piling on.
There has to be a better way for me. On top of my bad eating habits, I have a problem with constipation. Ive seen my doctor, and there is nothing wrong with my digestive tract, no heath problems at all, really. Im about 60 lbs overweight, and I have a slow digestive system. I understand that lucky not to have any problems health-wise.
So what do I need to begin doing? I really want to lose some weight, I cannot get into some of my clothes, and I am not at all satisfied with the way I look. I hold the majority of my weight in my belly, so I know that Im overweight. Therefore, I have been really looking the best way to lose weight for me is, what I want to share it with you.
Beginning at the start of my day, I will make a fruit smoothie, a banana, some fresh strawberries, with. I like the one that helps with pro-biotic, as it helps me have regular movements.
I put some ice in and some pure apple juice, and I feel full for hours. Around midday, I will eat really light. Maybe a salad with maybe some fish or chicken in it. I really like fish, and there are really good fish burgers that you can prepare the night before, then slice them up and mix them in your salad.
The same goes for chicken! Just barbecue em up. I prefer to marinate them first, for flavor, and eat them for lunch the next day with salad. When supper time comes around, Im not ready to eat the stove! So theres no excuse for me to eat unhealthy, nor nearly as much.
Ill steam my favorite vegetables, with fish or chicken, most of the time its with fish. I cant get enough of fish, I was brought up on it! I like to steam fish over brown rice, they fit well together so nicely, add a bit of non-fat butter on the top, and thats a meal. Eating earlier is really helping.
What I notice is making a big difference is exercising. A nice slow paced walk with my husband on the beach has been a simple way to begin.
Finding the best way to lose weight has been such a sojourn for me, and now that I have started exercising and eating less, and eating healthier, I really am beginning to feel healthier and see the effects on my body.
